Big Woods Retreat

Positive: The property is really nice. You have the yurt, your little deck, and the bathroom all to yourselves. The neighboring properties are really close, but there wasn't anyone there (at the beginning of October). We loved how clean everything was. The bed is really comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and new, the shower had amazing water pressure and temperature (better than all the other hotels we stayed in during our trip). The grill worked well, and it has a side burner that you can use to warm up water for coffee, noodles, etc. Beautiful view of the night sky. Tips: -Read the email with location instructions and door passcode before driving to this location. We had poor cellphone signal in this area. -If you are coming from Sequoia National Park, a good spot to stop and buy ice and supplies was the Sequoia Lodgepole Market & Grill. Negative: No outlets to use a small hair dryer. Pillows are very tall and uncomfortable.

Relaxing. Unique. Well worth the money Positive: We were in the forest. The yurt was incredible. The best sleep I’ve had in a while. Nature sounds and wonderful bed, linen, and pillows. You have to use the google pin they provide to find it. Otherwise GPS will take you somewhere else. We first used the cars navigation and went 30 minutes the other way before pulling over and taking our phones and the pin they provided. The yurt was so unique and quiet. We loved it. Shower had great pressure and temperature. All new decking and grill. Relaxing. That’s the word only a few minutes and miles from thw park entrance. Negative: Have to use the pin from the confirmation email…Our cars navigation couldn’t get us there

Ottimo glamping immerso nella natura vicino a Sequoia Positive: Bellissima yurta in cui alloggiare isolati in mezzo alla natura. Per raggiungerla c’è un pezzo di strada sterrata e non è segnalata benissimo dal navigatore per cui fare attenzione perché non c’è campo. Il soggiorno però ne vale la pena Negative: Bisogna riscaldare bene l’ambiente perché nella notte si abbassano molto le temperature

Unique and cosy stay! Positive: This place was heaven on earth, we really loved staying here overnight.

Außergewöhnliches Erlebnis Positive: Außergewöhnliche Location, bequemes Bett , gut gelegen, um die Parks zu erkunden, sauberes Bad Negative: Preis relativ hoch (auch wenn es im vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften im Park mittlerweile normal ist)
