Positive: Great location, close to Sequoia National Park and there are stores close by. Parking in front of the room. No front desk, but the access code to the room door worked fine.
Negative: Extremely loud old a/c unit. No fridge in the room.

Pleasant and what we expected for what we paid. Happy to have an affordable option that isn’t camping
Positive: Close to Kings Canyon
Negative: Very small, humid room, ac didn’t keep up too good, bugs in room.

Not recommend
Positive: Clean room. There are several rabbits around. Good pizzeria and supermarket nearby.
Negative: Very loud A/C mounted in the toilet, it's nonsense that we had to sleep with open toilet door. Small room, no table inside, no chairs. Incommodious dark douche. Narrow "kings" bed with awful pillows.
We tried eat outside, but everything was dusty. It looks like nobody cares about the outside stuff. The pool also looked dirty.

A reasonably priced in a newly renovated room
Positive: the room was spotless, new bathroom and the room was freshly painted. The A/C worked great. Coffee maker in the room. small refrigerator in the room. At reception there was a full size refrigerator and an ice machine. Nice pool. there is a token for a free coffee at a wonderful coffee and breakfast down the road. There is a restaurant down the road and a great pizza restaurant next door. Reasonably priced.
Negative: the new owners are working on the grounds that are a little "rough" but others a great place to spend the night close to Yosemite.

Bastante bien para una noche.
Positive: La pizzería de al lado, pequeño, pero tenía todo y era cómodo y típico.
Negative: La moqueta sucia y la máquina de a/a muy ruidosa.
